NEW CONSTRUCTION INSPECTIONS

We offer three general phase inspections for new construction.

1- Pre-Slab/pour Inspection is an inspection of the homes pad, site condition, soil compaction, grading, forming, footers, electrical and plumbing ran under slab, steel/rebar placement, connection and size, according to plans.

2- Pre-drywall Inspections inspects the foundation, the general framing, sheathing, roof structure & covering, the installed doors and windows, the rough electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical, before insulation and drywall is installed.

3- Final Walkthrough Inspections cover all of the homes systems and components as in a full general home inspection, including testing any installed appliances. This inspection requires more time to complete.
